Link Your Server

Step 1: Generate the pairing code

In-game, run /qf link:

› /qf link

The Bridge plugin responds with a pairing code (e.g. AB12-CD34) and a URL. The code is valid for 15 minutes and can only be used once.

Step 2: Open the link

Open the URL shown in your game chat. If you are not yet signed in to QuestFable, you will be prompted to sign in first (Discord or magic link email, no password required).

You will see a confirmation screen showing the server name and your account:

Step 3: Confirm the link

Click Link server. The link happens instantly: the Bridge plugin receives the connection automatically (no need to copy any key).

Back in-game, you will see:

[QuestFable] ✅ Account linked. 5 free quests this month.
[QuestFable] Run /qf create to generate your first quest.

Plan limits on server count

If you reach your limit, unlink an existing server first from the Settings page.

Troubleshooting

• Code expired: run /qf link again to get a new code.
• Server already linked: see Link code issues.
• Bridge not responding: see Bridge not detected.
